First Time Home Buyers Credit Extended

(and Expanded!)

Home Buyer's can get up to an $8000 tax credit on their taxes.  But, you must be under contract by April 30, 2010! 

This tax credit was expanded to include person's selling their principle residence to purchase another principle residence. 

Note:  There are income and purchasing limits also associated with this tax credit, so check with your Realtor and/or lender to see if you qualify.
